Below are my products and prices. If you purchase any item online I will get in contact as soon as possible to arrange a time for your consultation.
To subscribe to my Virtual Personal Training service just click on the relevant button. You will not be tied in to a contract and your subscription can be cancelled at any time.

One Hour Session
£40 per session
Paying session by session limits commitment and increases flexibility. Sessions can be arranged as and when time allows. A fitness assessment will need to be taken before training can start; this will be charged at the one hour rate of £40.
Block of 10 One Hour Sessions
£375 (£37.50 per session)
Booking a block of 10 sessions allows you a good degree of flexibility when training as there is no set amount of sessions per week, although at least one session per week is recommended. A full fitness assessment is required before starting the programme which counts as one out of the ten training sessions. Further full fitness assessments are also counted as one session from the block booking.
Block of 20 One Hour Sessions
£700 (£35 per session)
Booking a block of 20 sessions allows you a good degree of flexibility when training as there is no set amount of sessions per week, although at least one session per week is recommended. A full fitness assessment is required before starting the programme which counts as one out of the twenty training sessions. Further full fitness assessments are also counted as one session from the block booking.
Partner Training Session
£50 per session for both (£25 each)
Partner training sessions are a great option for two people with similar training goals. Training at the same time as someone else saves money while at the same time providing a motivational environment where you will have a friend/partner going through the same experiences and helping push you to achieve your goals. Booking one session at a time allows for a more flexible approach to training. Fitness assessments are required prior to starting a training programme, with each individual having to take a full one hour assessment. This will be charged at £40 per assessment.
Block of 10 Partner Sessions
£475 (£47.50 per session, £23.75 each)
Half Hour Session
£25 per session
Half hour sessions are great if you want to save some money or you have a busy schedule and can only fit 30 minute sessions into your diary. A full fitness assessment is required before starting the training programme. This lasts an hour and is charged at the full hour rate of £40. Half hour sessions are only available to people who live in the city of Cambridge.
Block of 10 Half Hour Sessions
£225 (£22.50 per session)
Booking a block of 10 half hour sessions allows a good level flexibility while also keeping a commitment to complete the block of sessions. Having half hour sessions is a great option if you are looking to save money or have a busy schedule. There is no set amount of sessions per week, but a minimum of one session a week is recommended. Half hour sessions are only available to people who live in the city of Cambridge.
One Hour Group Session
£60 per session
If you have a group of 3 or more people (up to a maximum of 6) then a group session is a great option. It will save you money, whilst also providing a support group of friends to help you achieve your goals and give you a push when motivation may be lacking. Fitness assessments are required before starting the programme and will be individual one hour assessments charged at the standard rate of £40 per assessment.
Nutritional Analysis
£30
If you do not wish to book any exercise sessions, but would like to have your nutritional habits analysed then you can book a one-off nutritional analysis. A one week food and drink diary needs to be completed, which will then be analysed and followed up with sound nutritional advice which will highlight any changes that need to be made to your current nutritional habits in order to help you achieve your goals.
Virtual Trainer
£20 per month
Be able to train with me wherever you are in the world. Whether you are a business person who frequently travels or a busy mum who struggles to find the time to keep fit, make sure you have a programme ready for when that free time does occur. Through regular email correspondence you will be given all the support you need. The exercise programme is tailored to meet your exact needs to make sure it is realistic and can be easily integrated into your lifestyle. Your programme is updated every month and sent with images of each exercise and detailed technique description. Whether you have access to equipment or not, you will receive a high quality exercise programme that will help you achieve your goals.
3 Month Intense Package - £780 (£32.50 per one hour session)
The 3 Month Intense Package is a great option if you are looking to rapidly improve your fitness, get ready for a special event in a short period of time or are looking to get back into good exercise habits.
Included in the package are:
- Free initial fitness assessment - including body fat analysis, sub-maximal VO2, range of motion analysis
- 2 one hour sessions a week over a 12 week period
- Dietary analysis every fortnight
- Once a month re-assessments to track progress
3 Month Intense Short Workout Package - £720 (£20 per half hour session)
The 3 Month Intense Short Workout Package is a great option if you are looking to rapidly improve your fitness, get ready for a special event in a short period of time or are looking to get back into good exercise habits. It is the perfect package for the busy individual who can’t commit to one hour sessions. Half hour sessions are only available to people who live in the city of Cambridge.
